"Heute war ich mit meinen Jungs im BK und war erstaunt Personal anzutreffen die der deutschen Sprache mächtig waren, und vor allem nett und freundlich. Dafür gibt es die volle Sterne . So würde ich es mir auch in anderen Filialen wünschen mit einem Lächeln begrüßt zu werden.Heute Daumen hoch für das Personal in Haldensleben trotz Unterbesetzung."

"Den „Zweikampf“ zwischen Clown und König entscheidet in Haldensleben ganz klar der König. Wir waren mit insgesamt 4 Personen abends da. Leider zum schlechtesten Zeitpunkt (für BK), denn es waren nur 2 Angestellte vor Ort. 1 Dame im Service und 1 Kollege in der Küche. Der Rest war leider krank oder woanders. Das wussten wir zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung nicht, haben es aber nicht bereut, weil: - die Dame aus dem Service hat uns das Essen sogar gebracht und sich ungefähr 100 mal für die lange Wartezeit entschuldigt (hat sie bei jedem Kunden gemacht). Auch wenn es ihr wahrscheinlich super unangenehm war, hat man ihr den Stress nicht angemerkt. Hut ab vor dieser Leistung. Es gab KEINE Beschwerde sondern von allen anwesenden Kunden absolutes Verständnis. - die Bestellung war vollständig, das Essen heiß und alles so wie es sein sollte. - trotz des hohen Andranges waren die Tische und Stühle sauber. Fazit: Essen und Getränke wie gewünscht . . . Aber Burger King hat einen neuen Stammkunden aufgrund der Angestellten!!!"
